I brought my truck here a couple years back. I brought in a very nice high pressure oil pump that I wanted them to install on my 1995 F-350. Here I am now with a majorly leaking truck. I contacted the HPOP manufacturer because the line fitting threads failed and the hose blew out, and they confirmed that what I had was indeed not at all the unit I purchased from them for $900. I pulled off the HPOP, and it still had the factory base gasket it was originally installed with. The real telling sign was that the real Adrenaline HPOP unit is built with custom inserts to prevent this exact failure mode. That is three forms of proof that Alex didn't install the pump. Alex even handed me the "core" to give back to the pump manufacturer after I paid him for a complete job - this isn't the first time he has pulled this gag, it seems. He also supposedly misplaced my very coveted OBS 7.3 engine cover and never found it. I worry that he stole my rebuilt injectors at this point; I'll have to check up on that before seeing what I'll do about this. Thanks to this business, I am at least out of $2600 when counting install labor and another new $900 pump. Thanks for the help, Alex!

Called asking for help on a price of replacing a part under hood that unplugs and held on by one single nut. Could literally remove in less than 60 seconds. Said he wanted $200 and then I couldnt say a single sentence before he laughed and hung up on me. No heart or empathy / respect at all. Absolutely would not go here.
